Terms and Conditions

All products are dispatched within 2 weeks upon receipt of full payment . We are an independent bespoke business, orders are processed on Fridays and posted on Mondays. All postage is charged at cost price. We cannot be responsible for orders which go missing after delivery. Damage to products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, beyond which time we cannot be responsible for the damaged product. If item/items are reported within 48 hours we will request that you post the item/s back to us and we will replace your damaged products but cannot refund your postage costs incurred. All items remain the property of Neville Tatham Slipware Ceramics until payment is received in full.

All our products are handmade and as such finish, colour and dimensions may vary slightly. All products featured on this website are copyright and other intellectual property rights in and relating to Neville Tatham Slipware Ceramics are owned by Neville Tatham
